Carlucchio’s, Canary Wharf. I don’t normally like gorgonzola as it is, but it’s so tasty in the gnocchi plus spinach combo! I had to have some help finishing it though, it’s really rich. The tart was lovely & the base freshly baked because they’d just run out.
Jubilee Palace Shopping Mall & park, Canary Wharf. I would never have thought there would be little park behind Canary Wharf station, it was a good place to sit & recover from lunch.
Kimchee Restaurant, Holborn. Tastiest Korean food I’ve had outside of Korea! The beef bulgalbi that my friend ordered was delicious, I’ll be ordering it the next time I’m there. Dukboki is sold as street food in Korea, so it reminded me of the stalls that I used to visit. Dolsot Bibimbab is my fall-back food when I have no idea what to eat!
Wetherspoons, Holborn. Shockingly cheap for the location, cider was a new discovery!
